ABA Infra Group encourages its employees to act responsibly, honestly, and respectfully.

Our principles guide the performance of ABA Infra Group and its companies in the direction of meeting our Code of Conduct, which must be strictly followed by all who officially act on our behalf.

The purpose of the Ombudsman is to act in the constant improvement of the Group and its companies, guaranteeing to our different audiences a communication channel that is transparent and impartial for the treatment of complaints and reports received.

Through our Ombudsman, anyone who is affected by ABA Infra Group and its companies, based on a violation of the Code of Conduct or who does not have their problem resolved through the service channels, can file a complaint.

This Ombudsman Channel is used for whistle-blowing, complaints, suggestions and aims to protect the rights and confidentiality of the data provided, ensuring the anonymity and integrity of the information. In this way, by completing this form, you authorize the use of your data, which will be treated confidentially for the internal evaluation of the event and for taking appropriate measures for its solution, ensuring that it is not shared with the external environment, except for there is a legal provision for such sharing, especially with competent public authorities.
